I know first hand the power of journaling, practicing gratitude, working with affirmations and other deep self care practices. It works! It has changed my life from negativity to positivity. It has shown me how my life flows with the universe and how my challenges and obstacles turned into blessings! It’s shown me lessons I once would say why me, now I say thank you for blessing me. It’s given me growth & returned me back to love!


How do you make the time with a busy schedule? You make the time! When?! Any 5 minutes you can find in each day! You find 5 minutes to scroll Facebook, Instagram, to post, to read comments, to watch videos on youtube, tik tok and even do a snap chat or two. So why don’t we take 5 minutes to put into our self?


I have the answer....because we are too busy caught up in the world of everyone else except ourselves! Start putting you first! Aren’t you worth it! I say YES!


A 5 minute journal that can be used in the morning, on a break, at lunch, or before bed! It has everything you need. It is the simplest, most effective thing you can do every day to be happier!
